Add Giotto Image to Spatial ggplot

addGiottoImageToSpatPlot()

Adds cell metadata to the Giotto Object.

addGiottoImageToSpatPlot(spatpl = NULL, gimage = NULL)

Arguments

spatpl	a spatial ggplot object
gimage	a giotto image, see createGiottoImage

Value

An updated spatial ggplot object
